It may only be half way through the year but here at Creoly we always like to be prepared. We're excited to one of the first to get our hands on the new Letts 2019 diaries, and we're sure you'll want one in every design for the new year!

Who are Letts of London?

Fist established in 1769 by John Letts the business focused on printing and bookbinding in the arcades of London's Royal Exchange. Soon John saw a market for creating the world's first commercial diary. This was a big risk as the clandestine view of the diary in 1800 was a little taboo. However the plan paid off and soon Letts were selling thousands of diaries in different formats every year. 

Letts played on the importance on the secrecy of Diary keeping in the 1800s with the slogan ‘Use your diary with the utmost familiarity and confidence. Conceal nothing from its pages nor suffer any other eye than your own to scan them.’ 

Today Letts are still going strong and we're very excited to be stocking their 2019 diaries, that are already selling as we start to get in the mind of planning for the New Year.

Our Favourite 2019 Products

2019 is set to be a colourful year with the range of Letts Diaries we already have in and ready for you!

Letts Edge is a A5 diary with an Elastic Closure available in a range of cool and calming colours. The perfect diary for artists, doodlers and those who like to keep scraps of important paper and plans in their diary.

In comparison the Letts Dazzle range is a little more out there. Doing exactly what it says on the tin this range uses bright colours to make sure you'll never lose your trusty diary again!

For a pop of colour and pattern check out the Letts Flex range. These A5 diaries have a cute ditsy floral pattern on their cover and come in either purple, black or red.

Our final favourite is the Letts Pastels range. After the incredible success of Filofax's Domino Soft Organiser in beautiful pastel pinks, duck eggs and rose colours Letts have recreated their own, more affordable dairy range.We particularly love the Lemon coloured diary, adding a pop of colour to planning your daily tasks and appointments.
